While viewing fuseki/joseki at the any moment you can:
Duplicate
Board (command enable from Window->Duplicate Board menu and Window->Duplicate
Toolbar).
Create
Test Board (command enable from Window->Create Test Board
menu and Window->Test Board Toolbar).
Fuseki
Game List with games where given position were played.
